Role Overview

As an Enterprise Architect at ITsPeople, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for our clients. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing architectural frameworks that align with business objectives and facilitate seamless transitions into advanced digital operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of technology architecture, who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Architectural Planning: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that support digital transformation initiatives and align with the strategic goals of our clients.
• Business Alignment: Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and ensure that architectural solutions meet both current and future needs.
• Technology Integration: Design and oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into existing client infrastructures, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit.
• Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Process Managers: Partner with process managers to ensure that architectural solutions support and enhance business processes and workflows.
• Accountability: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on architectural principles and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, continuously improving and adapting architectural strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and developing architectural frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. Knowledge of Software AG Alfabet is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Software AG Alfabet: Familiarity with Software AG Alfabet for enterprise architecture management is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
• Experience with Digital Transformation: Hands-on experience in leading or supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Expertise in Agile Methodologies: Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and their application in architectural planning and execution.
