Role Overview
As a Process Manager at ITsPeople, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and transforming our clients' business processes. You will leverage your expertise to drive improvements and facilitate AI integration into operational models. This role requires a high degree of independence, the ability to work at the management and executive levels, and a commitment to fostering agility and innovation in our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Optimization: Perform comprehensive analyses of current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and incorporate AI technologies.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on process improvements and digital transformations, aligning them with client business goals and leveraging cutting-edge AI advancements.
- Implementation and Change Management: Lead the implementation of new processes and technologies, manage change initiatives, and ensure smooth transitions that sustain long-term benefits.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all project-related activities, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with and align various stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners, ensuring that processes and projects meet their expectations and requirements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Educate and mentor team members and stakeholders on new processes and methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Utilize and expand your professional network to foster relationships that benefit client engagements and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Prince2, Agile Scrum Master, and other relevant process management credentials.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, with a proven record of managing complex process improvement projects and digital transformations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with process analysis tools and software, ERP systems, and data analysis for process optimization.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
