Role Overview

As a Business Consultant, you will collaborate with an experienced and talented consultancy team that will help you further develop your skills and abilities as a consultant. You will be responsible for delivering (part of) a project, directing analyses as part of the project, and assisting the team in providing top-level advice and realizing complex transformations. You will have the freedom to create your own career path. We will challenge you, provide opportunities to learn on-the-job, and support you through experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex problems
• Performing business analyses (target operating model, governance, technology, etc.)
• Assisting clients in (digital) strategic planning (definition and roadmap)
• Helping the team execute Business and IT assessments to identify initiatives to improve client outcomes
• Supporting C-level executives in making strategic choices
• Coaching and further developing junior consultants
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Further developing your skills as a consultant

Qualifications

• Completed university master's degree with a strong affinity for Business and IT
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrable basic consulting skills (hypothesis-driven analysis, structuring problem-solving)
• Passion for solving complex problems with a societal impact
• Ambitious with a hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
