Role Overview

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will lead project teams and be the primary point of contact for clients. Your role will involve strategic planning, problem-solving, and driving business and IT assessments to improve customer outcomes. You will also mentor junior and mid-level consultants and contribute to the growth of ITsPeople through your professional network.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients in digital strategic planning definition and roadmap
• Help C-level executives make strategic choices
• Analyse complex problems
• Lead a project team at the client site
• Perform business analysis (target operating model, governance, technology, etc)
• Guide the team in the execution of business and IT assessments to identify initiatives to improve customer outcomes
• Coach and further development junior and mid-level consultants
• Leverage your network and contribute to the growth of ITsPeople

Qualifications

• Completed university master's degree with a strong affinity for Business and IT
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrable senior-level consulting skills (hypothesis-driven analysis, structuring problem-solving)
• Passion for solving complex problems with a societal impact
• Ambitious with a hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
