Role Overview

As a Project Manager at ITsPeople, you'll lead diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Your role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, identify and manage risks, and handle the complexity of various project components to achieve successful outcomes.
• Apply ITsPeople’s project management methodology to drive optimizations and transformations for clients.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Continuously expand your project management expertise, including pursuing relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Prince2) to enhance your effectiveness in managing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 
• At least 5 years suitable work experience
• Project management skills (PMP, Agile and/or Prince2 certification is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
