Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you'll facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure smooth project delivery, working with different client projects at a time. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering continuous improvement and aligning projects with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.

• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.

• Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

• Empower the team to self-organize.

• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, prioritizing high-value increments.

• Identify and remove obstacles, creating a productive and healthy team environment. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to align strategies and processes.

• Empower the team to be self-organizing, fostering ownership and accountability.

• Promote Agile values, providing guidance and training where needed.

• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.

• Communicate with other management, developers, product managers and technical support specialists on product issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Business).

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) with hands-on Agile experience.

• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.

• 5+ years project management experience and 2+ years of Scrum Master experience.

• Understanding of organization’s development platform and languages.

• Ability to understand technical issues, assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and cross-team collaboration.

• Excellent communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English is required.

• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
