Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager at ITsPeople, you will be at the forefront of our new business sales activities, supporting our efforts to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and follow-up on inbound leads, helping to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, creating presentations, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system HubSpot, tracking client interactions and managing sales data effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct research to uncover new markets, understand customer needs, and stay informed about industry trends that can enhance our sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an inside sales or sales support role is required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Commercial Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
