Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop compelling blog posts, white papers, videos, and infographics to showcase ITsPeople’s expertise in digital transformation.
- Social Media Management: Strategically manage our social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Recruitment Marketing: Design and implement creative content campaigns to attract top talent, highlighting ITsPeople’s unique culture and opportunities.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in ITsPeople’s voice and visuals across all digital and print channels, maintaining a strong and recognizable brand identity.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content and social media campaigns that align with ITsPeople’s business goals.
- Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to keep ITsPeople ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in content marketing or social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and social media management platforms.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Creativity: Strong storytelling skills with a knack for producing engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
